Synopsis:

Today at school is the long awaited costume day and Liz is nervous and excited when she decides to go dressed as The Little Mermaid. Her dedicated and awkward widowed father, Bené, takes her to school, and after a routine afternoon of working from home, he is surprised to hear Liz’s unheard-of account of racism she experienced at school. Not knowing how to react, Bené searches his memory for motivations to talk to his daughter about this delicate issue.
