Café flees the countryside due to a “family vendetta” that pursues him, in the capital he tries finding his father, who is imprisoned in a local prison. Pépi lives on the outskirts, she’s abused by her stepfather and thrown out of the house by her own mother. Limão lives in a hole under an overpass with his mother, Marta, who is very weak due to addiction. The three come together to survive, while friendship grows between them. But everyday setbacks end up taking them on different paths.
